Comfort Dal with Microgreen

Ingredients:

  • Regular cooked dal (toor / moong)
  • Salt and mild seasoning
  • 1 small handful of microgreens

How to make:

  • Prepare dal as usual.
  • Switch off the stove.
  • Add microgreens on top and mix lightly.
  • Serve with rice or chapati.
  • Always add microgreens at the end, not while boiling.
