Comfort Dal with Microgreen
Ingredients:
- Regular cooked dal (toor / moong)
- Salt and mild seasoning
- 1 small handful of microgreens
How to make:
- Prepare dal as usual.
- Switch off the stove.
- Add microgreens on top and mix lightly.
- Serve with rice or chapati.
- Always add microgreens at the end, not while boiling.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
